Varshika J K has joined as a Senior Consultant and is currently based in India.
A branding enthusiast and natural storyteller, Varshika brings over eight years of cross-industry experience spanning technology, media, beverages, non-profits, beauty, and e-commerce. Most recently, she was with the TATA Group, where she played a pivotal role in building their beauty brand from the ground up. An IIM Bangalore alumna, she has also been part of the prestigious Leadership Development Program at Tata Administrative Service.
Her expertise covers strategic brand building, content development, customer communications, and social media storytelling—skills she applies with a blend of creativity, strategic acumen, and consumer empathy. With a professional journey that began in engineering and technology before transitioning into brand leadership, Varshika offers a multi-dimensional perspective to every project she undertakes.
Outside of work, Varshika is a passionate foodie, a devoted animal lover, and a writer who finds joy in crafting stories through words.
