Joseph Teja Maramreddy

Joseph Reddy has joined as an Associate Consultant and is currently based in Warangal.

He brings over 7 years of experience in Marketing and Branding, along with nearly 2 years of experience in Business Development. Most recently, Joseph worked as an Associate Manager at GMR Airports Limited (Regional Duty Free Business), where he led customer experience–driven campaigns, introduced innovative purchase methods to enable seamless buying, and contributed to strong business outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Vivo and Godrej, where he built a strong foundation across ATL and BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and vendor and stakeholder management. Through these roles, Joseph developed a results-oriented approach focused on driving measurable growth and strengthening customer engagement.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from St. Joseph’s Degree & PG College, which complements his industry experience with a solid academic background in management and marketing.

With his experience across brand building, customer experience initiatives, and business development, Joseph brings valuable perspective to the Bridgegap team.
