Yash Agarwal

Yash Agarwal has joined as a Consultant and is currently based in Hyderabad.

He brings diverse experience across the food-tech, FMCG, and industrial sectors, having worked with organizations such as Zesti Fusion, Swiggy, DotPe, and ICICI Bank. Throughout his career, Yash has gained strong exposure to business development, market expansion, and commercial operations in high-growth environments.

Most recently, he served as Business Head for AP & Telangana at Zesti Fusion, where he managed end-to-end commercial operations, drove market expansion initiatives, and built a strong distributor network. His role involved scaling regional operations, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in a competitive market landscape.

Yash holds a Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University and an MBA from K J Somaiya, which complements his practical industry experience with a strong academic foundation in business and management. Known for thriving in fast-paced startup environments, he brings a hands-on approach to managing revenue, distribution, and operations while effectively navigating ambiguity.

Outside of work, Yash is a passionate foodie and movie enthusiast who enjoys chasing beach sunsets, exploring winding ghats, and discovering scenic landscapes during his travels.

With his entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational expertise, Yash brings valuable energy and perspective to the Bridgegap team.
