Sharon Chandni Vardhanapu

Sharon Chandni Vardhanapu has joined as a Management Trainee and is currently based in Warangal.

She holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from ICFAI Business School, bringing a strong academic foundation along with a mix of operational and consumer insight experience. Earlier in her career, Sharon worked as a Production Operator at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she focused on maintaining quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance within manufacturing processes.

She also completed a Market Research internship at IMRB Kantar, where she gained hands-on exposure to primary research, consumer interactions, and deriving data-driven insights to support business decisions. These experiences have helped her develop a balanced understanding of both operational excellence and market-oriented thinking.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys reading, staying active through fitness activities, and engaging in thoughtful discussions that broaden her perspective and learning.

With her strong academic background and diverse early-career exposure, Sharon brings fresh energy and curiosity to the Bridgegap team.
