She brings experience in customer success, content strategy, and digital marketing, having previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at Edoofa.com. In this role, Anukriti designed and executed content-led onboarding and retention strategies for over 400 international students, driving a 30% increase in engagement. She also played a key role in streamlining brand communication across multiple channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.

With an academic foundation in Psychology and Marketing, Anukriti offers a strong blend of consumer insight and strategic thinking. She has developed hands-on expertise in digital marketing, brand communication, and performance analytics, further strengthened through projects involving SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and brand management at Kraftshala.
